I sang these kiddos to sleep when they were small babes, they were a couple of the first kids to steal my heart, to prepare me for the overwhelming love that would follow with my own two little ones. They were also the family that propelled me on this journey into photography, letting me take their first little one out to the park to practice taking images of him. So many fond memories, and Lord allowing many more to come.

These girls stole my heart the first time I met them. They're my darling nieces, a part of their parents and a part of our hearts. 

So thankful I get to be "Aunt Tamara" to two of the brightest, kindest, sweetest girls in the world.

Every detail carefully & beautifully crafted, this long-awaited day was just breathtaking.

This wedding celebration was an honor to be a part of, to capture. The little sister of my best, and a beautiful young woman whom I've had the great honor of watching grow up. Her beloved is a man who loves her deeply, one who would make her father proud. I look forward with anticipation to the adventures they'll share, and how this love will grow deeper still.

Sessions: The "M" Family

This beautiful family has blessed me with including me in their photo sessions for a few years now, and it's just so fun watching their kids grow and dialogue throughout the shoot, they are just so sweet. AZ is blessed to have this Midwestern family adding more beauty and grace to our community!

Sessions: Our Own

Every year I have the great honor and pleasure of photographing a variety of families as they prepare to celebrate the Christmas season. And every once in awhile I get brave enough to photograph my own little family along with my parents, knowing that the do-it-yourself approach will take a little more legwork and patience! Every time we take our own photos, we end up with a combination of myself, my love, and my dad all chipping in to take snaps. This year, however, we asked a very sweet stranger to take a couple of shots of the whole family, and she did great! So, a big thank you to a Phoenix area stranger who went out of her way to do something sweet, and a big thank you to my kids who patiently waited as we worked through this extra special shoot. I'd say this was our most fun year by far!
